My name is Liz and my son’s name is Charon. Together we will work hard to bring you the experience of world flavours with an Island touch. We call it Fusion cuisine, blending culturally traditional dishes into your bowl for mouth watering flavours. Food has its own language, a narrative of history, culture, and traditions which bind people together. Preparing food for others is considered an honour. I learned these traditional dishes as beautiful memories of the people who introduced us to them. We will be carrying on with Carribean/Indian style menu items of the previous ownership and introducing Moroccan and Eastern Mediterranean dishes.
