Summerside Regional Development Corporation
Incorporated in 1971, the Corporation’s general objectives are to enhance the
Greater Summerside area as a growing service and tourism centre and to help
develop the area as an attractive place to live, work, and establish enterprise. The SRDC continues to pursue these objectives in conjunction with local businesses, groups, associations, and with support from the Provincial and Federal governments. The Corporation is responsible for development and management of the Holman’s Information Technology Centre (HI TeC) – the site of Prince Edward Island’s Health IT Cluster.
